Please provide the information requested.

1. The best part of the session (i.e. what went well):


It was the part when the team had to collaborate to meet at a certain point, in the
accomplishment of the tasks and outputs required of the module. Coming up with a variety
of ideas and insights have caused confusions at the beginning, but in the end, it somehow
made a tough task easier, thus making every member of the team accomplish the work a
lot faster, with ease and with substance.

2. Problems or challenges encountered and how they were resolved:


The team had to deal with the delegation and decentralization of tasks, to make a
tough work easier, but these and all have been resolved and dealt with harmoniously, as
everyone in the team had been very cooperative and responsible.

3. Other topics discussed apart from the recommended topics, if any:


There were some areas of concern which were slightly raised during the session,
among which are the deadlines and timelines to meet, and some concerns about the format
of the templates to be used.

4. Recommendations/Plans for next LAC session:


The team agreed to hold the next session earlier, and to at least come up with
one sample output for every activity discussed during this session, to give everyone a
clearer view of how module 3A should go about. The facilitator had an ample time sharing
the templates of the required outputs.
