The challenge encountered was on the timeline being beat by the members in sending
their needed data for the concreting of the LDM Implementation Plan but most of the
members were motivated to do their best in putting into reality the LDM Implementation.

The challenges encountered was the clustering of ideas but after a while, they convene and
decided to go on the Plan and will just give Technical Assistance as needed.
