From the video in the assignment, I learn about how to answer the question when interview IT
Manager, and Mr. Richard McMunn explain the four tips to amswer the question, their demonstrate
four fhings :

1. Knowledge and passion for IT

2. Ability to manage, motivate, and inspire the team. Beacuse that's how you're going to be assessed is
based on your knowledge and also your ability to manage the team and motivate them to archive
dificult project tasks and also ;

3. Communication skills will be assessed during the interview and the sample answers that I'm going to
give you will put you accross in a competend manner in respective communication.

4. Your ability to complete projects and tasks so all of those things are going to be assessed during the
interviews and as his say the following questions and answer are going to help you to demonstrate all
those four things to let's get straigh into those IT manager interview questions and answer questions.

In the video Mr. Richard also explains, when we are asked to tell about ourselve "Tell me about
yourself and why you make an effective IT manager for us organization?" The answer is I'am someone
who prides myself on delivering difficult and complex IT projects whilst maintain an operational
efficiency for the organization I am working for as an IT manager it is my responsibility not only manage
the IT department to ensure the smooth operation of your IT

Next, issues that cause you the most problems

1. are kept to an absolute minimum I would

3. organization because I have a strong mix of technical knowledge and personal

4. management skills which will enable me to run the IT department to the highest standards necessary
so that's a good answer it's positive in many ways it

5. uses strong keywords and phrases that I recommend you use during your interview and it will get you
off on the right footing because as I say it's pretty much guaranteed to be the first questions.

The conclusion :
Is that in IT interviews in answering questions we must be confident, look proud of ourselves but
not arrogant, in the sense that we have a kind of selling point that can be highlighted, namely, we have
the skills and techniques in the IT field, besides that we also have an attitude. The good in the
organization, the organization can enter, motivate and inspire our team, besides that we can endure
difficult times when building a project, so that we can become IT managers.
