Please provide the information requested.

1. The best part of the session (i.e. what went well):


The best part of my session was on the sharing of experiences about the
question, “Why do you choose to become a teacher?”. I found it very
interesting because most of the members shared their thoughts. As facilitator
I was able to shared my thoughts also and synthesized the ideas they have
shared to the group.
Another best part of my session where I delivered well was the
session proper where I impart the topics about Distance Learning and Types
of Distance Learning. I found these topics very informative and very relevant
to what we are doing right now in our respective places of assignment. So
since we have already a prior knowledge about these topics, everyone shows
interest and actively participated on the given activities.

2. Problems or challenges encountered and how they were resolved:


The major problem of most of our members are the poor internet
connectivity in their respective places. They were not able to connect or log
in on time. So to addressed these, they were advised to go in places where
internet connectivity is strong and to log in earlier to the scheduled time.

3. Other topics discussed apart from the recommended topics, if any:


Most of the queries raised was all about the submission of output. On
how and where it will be submitted.

4. Recommendations/Plans for next LAC session:


If possible, the LAC Leader, Facilitator and Documenter will stay
together in one place where the internet connectivity is stable and strong for
easy facilitating.
For the members, study the modules in advance and be ready for the
activities to maximize the time during the scheduled session.
