High Intensity Interval Training

1. How did you feel before doing your HIIT?

I was actually having a mixed emotion. I am a bit nervous and excited to do the
activity. This year, I am not regularly having fitness exercise that's why I am
nervous because I was afraid that I can't perform the activity well and finish it. I
was excited also to get back into track. This HIIT exercise project helps me in
finding ways to be physically fit again.

2. How do you feel having completed your training?

I am grateful and happy that I finished the activity. It's like an achievement to me.
Amidst my busy schedule, I had the courage to complete the task. It was not easy
as I thought but I prepared for the worst before executing the activity. I
physically and mentally prepared for it that's why when I finish the HIIT exercise
I was beyond happy
3. What did you enjoy about your workout?

I enjoyed the fast heart beat and sweat after the exercise. For me, it was the sign
of my effort in completing the task. It was not easy to adjust in intensive exercise
but I managed it. I enjoyed every single exercise that I have executed. In addition
to that, the sound of the music and the cloudy weather was perfect.
4. Is there anything you did not enjoy?

None. As what I have mentioned above, I enjoyed everything that I did

5. What are your difficulties during the exercise?

I had a difficulties on adjusting my body in having exercise. I really prepared


myself for three days before I performed the HIIT exercise. I started doing the
basics up to the time that I am sure I can do more intensive exercises.
6. Do you think this kind of exercise will help you to stay fit?

7. What are the reactions of the people around you while doing exercise?

My mother was happy that I find time to exercise in my busy schedule on my


school. She commends me on doing that exercise. She told me that I need that kind
of break for my physical and mental health. Ot on other hand, my siblings were
surprised that I exercised. They are not used in seeing me on physical attire more so
doing physical activities.
