 Can you remember the first computer you used? What was it like?

To tell the truth, I can’t remember what the first computer I used to look like. However, the first
one I bought is a kind of laptop computer, its brand is ASUS with 15 inches in wide. In general,
it has a grey color and the storage’s capacity is 500 GB.

To tell the truth, my first computer was stolen just in 3 days after I brought it to home. I couldn’t
remember much about it except it was one of the small black modern ASUSs.

 What would you like to learn from the computer club?

Well, It’s really useful for me to know how to use a computer in an effection way. Other than
that, the club offers a friendly environment to learn and share either information or ideas with
each other.

Oh, for me it’s always rewarding to know how to restore a broken unit in my laptop. Apart from
that, the computer club offers a friendly atmosphere for learning and exchanging information
and ideas.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Thuc Duong and I have been a member of our computer club since 2015. I am
writing this email to express my deepest disappointment regarding the cancelation of our next
club meeting due to Ms. Tassmen’s absence.

As I told you my next year schedule before that I would be on a business trip to Thailand for 5
months from January, so I could not be able to participate in any club appointment during that
time.

Moreover, you assured that the club’s schedule will not change dramatically despite any
circumstances.

I think it is better for you to persuade Ms. Tassmen to attend the meeting as usual. If not, you
should invite another famous computer expert instead of the former one.
I look forward to receiving your response at your earliest convenience if my recommendations
are acceptable.

Yours faithfully,

Thuc Duong
