This memorandum is issued to provide the refreshed DOH
Organizational Strategy Map and
Secretary’s Scorecard for CY 2022, as well as the Objective Roadmaps for CY 2022-2024.
Pursuant to Department Order No. 2021-0372 “Implementing Guidelines on the Department
of Health (DOH) Strategy Map and Scorecard”. The aforementioned documents are reviewed
and refreshed annually to serve as the primary framework for setting Team- and Office-level
Strategic Commitments. A copy of the said Order may be accessible on the DOH Intranet or
through this link: bit.ly/DOHd02021-0372. Kindly refer to the attached annexes for the
refreshed DOH Organizational Strategy Map, Scorecard, and Objective Roadmaps, and the
GuidelinesforSetting Strategic Commitments.
