Definition
An agreement between the employee and the employer, to allow the employee to work
from their house, apartment, or place of residence, rather than working from the office.
Eligibility
All full-time employees, interns, and contractual employees are allowed to work remotely
if the job role permits as per the management’s decision.
Guidelines
1. Employees are eligible for 2 WFH balance leaves per month in case of emergency or
unavoidable situation
2. WFH balance leaves will only be credited upon the approval from your Reporting
manager
3. In case of an extension in the number of WFH days, a prior approval from the reporting
manager is a must
4. One must be equipped with all the required IT assets i.e laptop or PC and proper Wi-Fi
connection.
5. One must ensure security and confidentiality of company data. Use of safe and secure
network connection is a must. If needed one can contact the IT department.
6. One must use appropriate official communication channels (email and google chat) to
stay connected with managers, team and co-workers during the working hours.

8. Employees are expected to work for similar hours per day while working from home as
it is for working from the office.
9. Attendance marking is very crucial and mandatory in our HRMS software (GreytHR).
Specific WFH balance is added to one’s ID for marking attendance.
10. Testbook’s performance standards remain similar to all. Your line manager will
discuss with you if and how working from home may affect performance measurements.
Note:
1. Those employees who are permanently from home will be eligible for WFH balance
leaves for the whole month and the leaves will be credited by the 1st week of every
month
2. Testbook Management has full rights to bring in changes in this policy as and when
necessary.
