Purpose: The main purpose of this policy is to create a win-win situation for the company and the new

employees joining the company. This policy will allow the company to smoothly execute this
implementation of this benefit without dependency on any 3rd party. It will also monitor the entire
process and keep a fair record of employees availing this policy.

Benefits: Implementation of this policy will allow multiple advantages as follow:

• Elimination of dependency on any 3rd party for delivery.


• No wait for delivery of items that normally takes 3-5 days.
• Employee empowerment in terms of decision making
• No risk factor
• Employees will feel motivated that the company will trust them in decision making and setting
up their office set up at home.

Eligibility: Employees clearing their probation successfully will be eligible for this benefit as per the
policy.

Cost per Head: According to this policy 2 models will be implemented.

1. This cost will include table, chair and headphones in both models.
2. Employees who have a stable internet connection at home company will provide the internet
package amount.
3. Employees who need Home Office Set up will be given an amount upto Rs 20, 000.

Implementation Process: Following steps will be taken to ensure smooth execution of this policy;

1. After probation clearance employees will be entitled for this benefit.


2. Employees will share pictures of the table, chair and headphones to the Admin team before
purchasing them.
3. Once approved by the Admin Team, employees can purchase the items and will share the
invoice with the Admin Team.
4. If an employee goes for an expensive model of furniture or headphones (s) he will bear the
expenses, the company will not be eligible to pay any extra amount.
5. In case an employee leaves during the first year of their employment, the given amount will be
deducted from their salary.
6. In case the company discontinues with the employee then the company will pay the amount.
7. The Admin Team will communicate to the employee that if they spend a tenure of 1 year after
issuing home office equipment with the company, they no longer have to return the table and
chair to the company after the approval of Admin Manager.
