SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RICARDO A. RINGON, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Purok Lusaran,
Barangay Dao, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines, do hereby appoint,
name and constitute my legal wife, DELIA S. RINGON and/or my daughter ATTY.
ESTHER MARIE S. RINGON, both of legal age, Filipino, and residents of Purok
Lusaran, Barangay Dao, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines, to be my
true and lawful Attorneys -in-Fact, and for that purpose, in my name and in my
behalf, to do and perform all or any of the following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:
1. That I authorize to follow up, transact, sign in my behalf purposely for the
immediate resumption or restoration of my veteran’s pension which was
cut-off/deactivated sometime in the month of May 2019;
2. That the unpaid differential from May 2019 to date will also be released in favor of
the above pensioner;
Giving and granting unto my said Attorneys-in-Fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act, requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authorities, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that any of my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue hereof.
