 Though China believes the responsibility heavily lies upon the USA, their recent actions have

show reluctance to cooperate for peace and China would like to know how USA defends their
position currently. USA has been withdrawing, breaking or not conforming to peace treaties for
the longest time now, recently the US completely withjdrew from the open skies treaty.
 In 2018 voted Yay to the Arms Treaty, pushing it towards adoption.
 China ensures that it does not trade with non-state actors or individuals.
 China contributes to the arms trade economy, not terrorism.
 China actively supports the the United nations programme of action to prevent, combat and
eradicate illicit trade in small arms and light weapons in all its aspects and works towards a safer
community, especially shown by our prescense and willingness to cooperate with the UN to
implement the PoA.
