Notes:

1. Unit Test I covers the syllabus of Unit I, Internal Test I covers the syllabus of Units I & II, Unit Test II covers the syllabus of Unit III, Internal
Test II covers the syllabus of Units III & IV and Internal Test III covers the syllabus of Unit V.

2. The faculty members should evaluate the Answer scripts within 4 working days from the date of conduct of Test / Examination for their
subject(s) and show the valued scripts to the students for their reference, verfication of marks allotted, and signing on the front page of the script
as their acceptance of the marks awarded. The faculty members should prepare the marks list for the subjects concerned and submit both hard
copy and soft copy to the Class Adviser/ HOD of the branch concerned on the 4th day and also preserve a copy in their course file(s) as per ISO
format. The marks should be entered in the Impress software on the same day by the concerned department.HOD has to verify the answer
sheets randomly and submitted to exam cell within one week from the date of completion of Test/Examination.

3.Course materials given to the students is to be verified by Class Advisors within one week and to be verified by HoD within two weeks from
the date of reopening.

4. The students who score less than 60% of marks in any subject(s) in Internal Tests I, II & III shall write Retest / Improvement Test for the
corresponding subject to improve their marks.

5. Each student shall submit atleast 1 Assignment or 1 Motivated Study work or 1 Innovative Project work or 1 Seminar paper in addition to
writing 2 Unit Tests, 3 Internal Tests, and 1 Model Examination in each Theory course (subject). The faculty member shall evaluate students'
assignments, motivated study work, innovative project, seminars, etc., and award grades to encourage them to improve their performance.

1. Unit Test I covers the syllabus of Unit I, Internal Test I covers the syllabus of Units I & II, Unit Test II covers the syllabus of Unit III, Internal Test II covers the
syllabus of Units III & Unit IV and Internal Test III covers the syllabus of Unit V and anyone difficult unit.

2. Course materials given to the students are to be verified by subject faculty member within 8 days and to be verified by the Class Advisors & HoDs within two
weeks from the date of reopening.

3. The faculty members should evaluate the Answer scripts within 4 working days from the date of conduct of Test / Examination for their subject(s) and show the
valued scripts to the students for their reference, verification of marks allotted. The faculty members should prepare the marks list for the subjects concerned and
submit both hard copy and soft copy to the Class Adviser of the section concerned on the 4th day and also preserve a copy in their course file(s) as per ISO format.
The marks should be entered in the Impres software on the same day by the concerned faculty. HOD has to verify the answer sheets randomly.

4. Each student shall submit atleast 1 Assignment in addition to writing 2 Unit Tests, 3 Internal Tests and 1 Model Examination in each Theory course (subject).
To promote individual work and self-learning, individual Assignments shall be given to the students by the subject faculty 10 days before the scheduled submission
date. The faculty member shall evaluate students' assignments and award grades to encourage them to improve their performance.
