Areas for further development

• Being more consistent in her use of the whole school behaviour management system (1,2,3 Magic) to count off any small

• Utilise OneNote to engage students during lesson. Adding lessons, notes, PowerPoints into pages will allow students to revise or
catch up on work easily.
• Develop ways to support extension students and ensure they are being challenged.
• Ensure she provides students with individual feedback and help them develop personal goals.
• Watch her body placement when teaching from the whiteboard as to not cover the information she is demonstrating, particularly in
maths.
