Insulation layers in between the construction for

Nestron are built using Nano Energy insulation
board which is one of the most advance insulation
materials used in construction field nowadays.
• Adopting the most advanced new nanotechnology from South
Korea to be used in construction insulation boards to effectively
prevent fires and green to environment.

• It has the advantages of heat insulation/noise

prevention/concretion/ no harmful gases, etc. It can strengthen
buildings, save energy and weight (weight 1/6).
• Heat preservation: multi-hollow foam material with low
thermal conductivity and high thermal blocking property.
• Light weight: at least 1/6 lighter than ordinary concrete
materials.
• Sound insulation: foamed pores in material absorbs sound
in surrounding achieving sound isolation.
• Environmental protection: environmentally friendly materials
that do not contain heavy metals and harmful ingredients to
the environment.
• Fire resistance: It is not easy to be ignited by
fire, nor will it produce toxic combustion gases,
and can be burned at a high temperature of
1480 degrees Celsius for 24 hours.

• Adiabaticity: The tiny independent pores block

the spread of heat. Experiments show that
when the external temperature reaches 1300
degrees Celsius, the internal temperature can
be 80 degrees Celsius.
Fluorocarbon Paint is an organic coating consisting of solid
lubricant dispersed in an organic binder and dissolved in a
specially formulated mixture of solvents. It is also
corrosion-resistant due to the use of a thermally cured
thermosetting synthetic binding material. When applied to
the substrates it resists galling, seizure and fretting and
offers corrosion resistance.

Fluorocarbon Paint has the following characteristics:

- It is a lustrous coating.
- It has excellent adhesion.
- The effective optimum film thickness is 15-25 microns.
- Corrosion resistance: Between 100 to 400 hours salt
spray (depending upon the thickness) as per ASTM B117
- Working range: 200 °C (continuous), 250 °C short bursts

Energy-efficient aluminium window allows heat insulation to be

done more efficiently as the heat transferred will be more
balanced. During Summer, it prevents external heat from
coming in and during Winter it blocks heat from escaping.

 Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed
by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to
increase its strength compared with normal glass. It
can withstand temperature change up to 3 times
compared to normal glass (300 degrees Celsius
difference) and does not shatter off even when
broken. Insulating windows using tempered glass is
available upon special request.
