Sub: Final reminder for status of 12 EMS bags dispatched for USA through Ethiopian Airlines
(ET0689/ET0512) for claiming compensation.

Ref - Nil

This is regarding non delivery 1 lost of EMS dispatch numbers as per Annexure-I destined to USA in
connection with flight no (ET0689/ET0512) which was correctly handed over by the concerned staff of
Delhi IGI APTMO to Ethiopian Airlines without any adverse remark. However, it is noticed that the said
dispatches have not yet reached at USA Pos. USA Postal Administration has also intimated that, they
have not received the above EMS bag till date.

The matter has already been taken up with your office by Superintendent, Delhi APTMO, New Delhi-
110027 vide his office letter no. DAPTMO/IGI-20/2022 dated 17.03.2022 (Copy attached) and emails
forwarded to Palam APTMO on dated 05.01.22, 13.01.22, 26.02.22, 28.02.22, 02.03.22, 03.03.22,
21.03.22, 23.03.22, 24.03.2022, 13.04.22. 16.04.22, 02.05.22, 07.05.22 But unfortunately, we are not
getting any response from your end to confirm the final status of the bags.

In view of above, it is informed that the 12 bags contains 596 articles and India post has to pay
compensation of Rs 3043.77 per articles to senders which comes to around Rs. 18.14, 089/-. The
details is given in Annexure-I attached herewith

You are there requested to give final status of bags as per Annexure-I within 15 days or above
compensation amount of Rs 18.14, 089/- will be deducted from your invoice.
