________________________________________.  The  offence  I  want  you  to  take  cognizance  is  a  
“CYBER  CRIME”  taken  place  with  me  while  I  was  accessing  the  Internet  at  
_____________________,  which  falls  under  your  area  of  jurisdiction.  
 
Mrs   Madhu   Purnima   Kishwar   a   verified   Twitter   account   holder   with   handle  
@madhukishwar   is   known   to   make   repeated   hate   speech   on   online   social   media  
Twitter.   She   is   a   repeat   offender   making   offensive,   derogatory,   demeaning,   outrageous  
tweets  against  members  of  minority  communities.  At  many  times  she  has  requested  her  
followers  to  incite  violence  against  member  of  such  community  and  destroy  their  place  
of   worship   while   spreading   hatred   and   enemity.   She   is   a   hate   propagator   who   posts  
inflammatory   material   online   to   incite   public   violence   and   create   division   in   social  
harmony.  She  undertakes  deliberated  and  malicious  acts,  intended  to  outrage  reli-­‐gious  
feelings  of  muslim  and  Christian  communities  by  insulting  its  religion  or  religious  beliefs.  
 
Two  of  her  tweets  photographs  attached  as  proof  are  attested  with  this  complaint  whose

That   she   is   a   serious   hate   speech   maker   on   online   medium   twitter   in   past   1   month  
recorded   alone   by   the   complainant.   Her   Twitter   handle   @madhukishwar   consists   of  
numerous   hate   tweets   made   over   an   extensive   period   of   time.   It   is   requested   to   your  
esteemed   authority   to   investigate   the   matter,   take   down   her   twitter   account   and  
prosecute  her  for  hate  speech  at  the  earliest.  Also  request  Twitter  and  other  social  media  
platforms  to  take  down  her  tweets  and  block  her  account.  
 
For   this   act,   we   would   be   always   obliged   to   you.   This   is   in   the   interest   of   ensuring   public  
harmony  and  ensuring  no  mob  related  violence  or  mob  lynching  takes  place  due  to  the  
hate  speech  made  by  Mrs  Madhu  Purnima  Kishwar
