from cold drawn steel and following a European Quality

The BARTEC Cold Forging machine is an enhanced automatic machine, specifically designed for the
cold forging operation of BARTEC/LINXION rebar splicing systems. This machine enlarges the rebar end
before the threading operation and the final coupler installation. It can operate on rebars with diameters
between 12 and 40 mm, ensuring a full control on the steel deformation with no risks of embrittlement
on any steel grade.
The threading machine is designed to execute, in a repetitive way, all BARTEC/LINXION threads for all
splice applications. Its automatic single-user system is easy to use and its pneumatic vice ensures that
the reinforcing bar can be threaded precisely and safely.
This machine has been ergonomically designed by taking into account production requirements,
in both pre-fabrication workshops and construction sites.
