Double ball automatic air valves,

The double ball automatic air valves are used for

applications related to troubles with air in the
pipelines. Minimum pressure on seat: 0,3 bar.
The double ball air valves have three functions:
Discharge large amount of air during filling

operations
Discharge small amount of air during working
operations
Let air in during piping emptying operations

Double flanged butterfly valves PN 10
The double flanged butterfly valves with eccentric disc

are applied in the pipelines as shut-off device and as
regulation valves, thanks to the gear box that can stop
the disc in many intermediate positions. These double
flanged butterfly valves with regular face to face DIN
3202 F4 allows the perfect exchange with regular flat
body gate valves, whenever needed. The double
flanged butterfly valves can stand both directions of
fluid, gasket seals are on the disc and can be replaced
without dismantling the valves from the pipeline. The
double flanged butterfly valves with double eccentric
disc can be installed in drinking water plants, being
painted with epoxy powder. The gear box is suitable
for electric actuator and installation is easy, taking off

Butterfly check valves with counterweight and oil cylinder flanged PN 10
The butterfly check valves with counterweight and oil

cylinder are very reliable as they can regulate the
closing time of the valve. These valves are applied in
pipelines as non-return device, with flow allowed in
one direction only. The butterfly check valves with
counterweight are double eccentric type with tilting
disc, the counterweight lever will facilitate the anti-
hammer device and the oil cylinder will slow down the
closure movement, to reduce any slam with noise.
From DN 900 and up, they come with two
counterweight levers and two oil cylinders, one on
each side of the valve. Epoxy coated inside and
outside, the double flanged butterfly valves can be
installed in drinking water plants. NBR gasket seals are
on the disc and can be replaced without dismantling

Wafer butterfly valves for connection PN 10-16, ANSI 150
The wafer butterfly valves are widely applied, thanks

to their Dimensions
multiple functions of regulation DN on-off
and H mm D mm Weight Kg
valves. Thanks to the EPDM gasket and to the epoxy
coating, the wafer butterfly valves can be installed in
drinking water plants, but they can also be applied for
sewage or brackish water with inox disc (fig.1401) and
body not in touch with the fluid. The wafer butterfly
valves are manufactured as centric type disc, they can
stand both directions of fluid and are maintenance-
free. With EPDM sleeve, they can stand maximum
130°C temperature. The wafer butterfly valves can be
installed between welding neck flanges EN PN 10-16
and ANSI #150, without any need of additional flange
gaskets. Such valves can be installed in any position.
VALVES
The wafer butterfly valves come with lever (standard
execution); reducing gear, pneumatic operator with
single or double effect, electric actuator on request.

Soft seated gate valves in ductile iron, PN 10 and 16
Soft seated gate valves, in ductile iron GGG40 or

GGG50 with flat body and EPDM covered wedge, are
suitable for drinking water applications, being coated
with epoxy powder painting, not toxic. This kind of
gate valves are inside screw, with non rising stem in
AISI 420, wedge EPDM vulcanized and sliding rails on
the body. The soft seated gate valves are full bore,
have no pressure drops, with the EPDM covered
wedge that is not affected by corrosion and that
doesn’t need any maintenance. In case of need, o-
rings on the stem can be replaced with the valve in the
pipeline and in complete open position. Soft seated
gate valves in ductile iron can be installed above or
under the ground level, or in chambers. Standard
execution is by handwheel, we accept on demand T

key, reducing gear or electric actuator with suitable
outlet flange ISO 5210 F10/F14.
