Foreword
Your brain controls everything you do, including but not limited to how
you think, feel, act, and interact amiably with others. It’s the organ of
intelligence, character, personality, and controls every decision you
make. A new science is evolving that explains that all humans are
capable of creating a reality of their choice using brain power. Employing
proven knowledge in the field of biology, genetics, brain chemistry,
neuroscience, and quantum physics, Dr. Joe Dispenza shows what is
truly possible.
Breaking your old habits sets the brain on a trail of corrective adaption,
and cerebral growth.
The mind controls not just what we see in our external environment but
also what is in our internal environment. By changing our mindset in
terms of how we think and feel, the world around us will also change to
suit the thoughts and feelings of our minds. Application of the intellectual
knowledge you gain as a philosopher will push you away from the realm
of an ordinary thinker and transform you into a master.
True power is heavily linked to our beliefs. In turn, our beliefs are linked
to religion, culture, society, education, family, the media, and even our
genes. These systems and models which have controlled the beliefs of
mankind are currently being threatened by a call for a higher reality.
Hence, it is time for a new system of thought to emerge.
“A memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom.”
~ Dr. Joe Dispenza
The pillars of society are falling to splinters, changing its stereotypes and
thought pattern remains largely difficult. Consequently, uncertainty
plagues the human mind; making it unconsciously rescind into its
comfort zone, making life seem like a mirage. In reality, the changes may
be meant to safeguard the health, relationships, careers, family, and
future of the individuals concerned. Nonetheless, they put off the
decision for change until they have absolutely no other option.
Based on the results of current research, it has been established that the
health and quality of an individual’s life can change if they genuinely
make efforts at changing their worldview. This summary could be your
easiest opportunity at self-actualization; ensure to get to the end.
You could get better at observing the life you want, and watching it
materialize through what Dr. Dispenza calls “The Observer Effect.” To
understand the observer effect, you have to realize that the world is
composed of an infinite number of subatomic particles. Hence, when an
observer takes notice of an electron, at some point and time in space, all
probabilities of the entity (electron) culminate in a physical manifestation.
In other words, closely watching the electron causes it to collapse into
reality. This discovery proved that a link exists between mind and matter;
the two entities were no longer considered as separate quantities. The
mind, when subjected to physical control, creates changes in the
physical world.
Electrons have been noticed to possess two states. They exist as waves
and as subatomic particles. In the wave state, subatomic particles can
exist as multiple scenarios, occurring simultaneously. Observing a
specific subatomic particle could result in an infinite number of
possibilities. Whenever you imagine an occurrence in the physical world
or your personal life, that event already exists as a wave in the quantum
field. Once this wave is observed by you, it will become a reality. Based
on theoretical studies, it has been proven that since your mind can
create events on the subatomic level, it can also create realities in our
physical universe.
Like the potter’s clay, energy with immense potential could be wielded by
consciousness: through your mind. And if matter is made of energy, it
makes sense that consciousness and energy are intimately related; they
are one.
Mind and matter are entangled. Your consciousness (mind) has effects
on your energy (matter) because consciousness is energy, and energy
has consciousness. You are powerful, and you can influence matter,
because you are energy with consciousness at the most elementary
level. You are a mindful matter.
You have the power to influence the energy (matter) around you by
simply focusing your mind on the realities you want to create. According
to quantum law, every possibility exists simultaneously. The link your
mind shares with matter means that every thought and feeling you have
affects every aspect of life beyond space and time.
The body has the ability to function as the mind in the sense that it can
program memories into the consciousness of the mind through
experiences. When the body encounters an experience with an
emotional charge, and the mind attempts to think about the experience,
the thought becomes a memory. If this memory is constantly brought to
mind, the thought, the emotion, and the memory will merge as one.
When this occurs, you will subconsciously lock a part of your thoughts in
the past by memorizing the emotion.
Emotional triggers can be both obvious and subtle, but it will cause
reactions at the subconscious level that will make you react negatively in
the present. It will bring back the pain of the past. This is how the body
runs the mind; bodily encounters influence the activities of the
subconscious mind.
The only way to gain control is to stay in the present. You will have to
sever every connection you have with the past by refocusing your brain
nerves. You can have access to every possible outcome available in the
quantum field; you have to train your mind to stop living in the past and
appreciate the future.
To begin to make real change, you will have to adjust your thoughts. The
brain naturally gets excited when it is exposed to new things: new
assimilations, different experiences, and fresh knowledge.
The limbic brain helps form long-term memories. It then becomes easier
to remember events and experiences because you can recall how you
felt emotionally while the event was occurring. It is noteworthy that the
neocortex and the limbic brain help us express our memories.
Consequently, it becomes easy to express what we have learned or
practiced.
The cerebellum
The most active part of the brain is the cerebellum, which is located
behind the skull. Think of it as a microprocessor and memory center in
the brain. It is the seat of your subconscious mind. A variety of simple
tasks and skills are stored in the brain along with challenging situations,
emotional reactions, repetitive activities, strong habits and behaviors,
conscious responses, and skills that we have learned and remember.
In order to change from who you are into who you want to become, you
have to embrace the quantum model of reality. By simply choosing a
reality based on your current desires and focusing your thoughts and
feelings on that reality, you could trick your body and mind into believing
that they are in that reality.
When this happens, you will be connected to the infinite realities that
exist in the quantum field.
To move your consciousness from your old self, you must unmemorize
your old nature. You can shed it off and break the habit of being yourself
by following 7 steps:
● Induction
● Recognizing
● Surrendering
● Redirecting
Induction
By recognizing, you have already observed the emotion that drives you.
Become so familiar with your specific thoughts and actions derived from
the old sensations while you live your life. With repeated practice, you
will become so aware of your old patterns that you will never allow them
to manifest or come to fruition. The end result is that you will stay ahead
of your old self so that you have control over it.
Surrendering
Surrendering means letting go of what you think you know through your
limited mind.
Redirecting
Now is the time to practice creating a new mind over and over again until
you become familiar with it. Your daily rehearsals, meditations, and
contemplations will seem like nurturing a garden to bring out a vivid
image of the real you.
Your job is to actively keep your body in sync with your new mind so that
nothing in your environment emotionally sucks you back to the old
reality.
Conclusion
The subtle shifts in the way we use our brains are the quantum key to
life-affirming changes in our lives, relationships, and bodies. Hence, our
ability to modify particulate matter, situations, moods, and other people,
without direct involvement with external entities is indicative of our vast
cerebral tendencies.
There’s no age too early for unlearning and learning the great potentials
of the human mind. If you’re aware that the path to self discovery goes
beyond Biology 101, but find yourself getting intimidated by the nuances
of science, then you need to steep yourself in the knowledge that
“Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” avails.
Try this:
To break the habit of being yourself, you must let go of the old and take
on the new that you envision through your thoughts and actions.
As Dr. Joe Dispenza highlights in his works, you can try out the follow
steps to self-maximization:
● Body-Part induction: This entails discerning the location of your
body, albeit through the mind. You start by thinking about the
head’s location, starting at its top and gradually moving down. As
the induction progresses from body part to body part, sense and
become aware of the space that each occupies.
With these procedures, you not only redefine your self-identity, but
create an entirely new and maximized personality.
