FIFA 21 Investment/ Trading Guide

As we all know FIFA is a game that we all enjoy and do not want to spend £££s to get them
Millions of coins, that’s where this guide comes in!

Throughout this guide you will see all of the trading/ investment techniques that I use
throughout all FIFA’s and how I used to make coins quickly to be able to afford a GOAT team.

Within this guide, I will also be updating new sniping filters weekly and include investment ideas,
tutorials and more!

My aim is to build a community and help out as many people as I can so I will continue to update
this document and make it something for you guys to refer to and also being able to engage within
this document! I will also add in strategies or opportunity that you as the community want to see!

Introduction – Why Follow This Guide, Who Is Mannii?

Hey Guys, I am Mannii a 24-year-old FIFA Content Creator from London.

The reason as to why I am making this investment guide is due to my ability to generate coins
quickly on the game from scratch by using techniques that I have developed since FIFA 13! Also,
after graduating from my master’s in Finance and Investment Banking, I have managed to
implement my skills onto FIFA to gain those coins.
I want to share all of my techniques with you all and I believe that my guide will aid you in the
process of making millions of FIFA coins!

Creating a FUT Portfolio

The best way to increase coins and limit risks can be done extremely easily due to diversification.
Diversification is created by dividing your budget by as many investments as possible.

Let’s say that our budget is 50k coins

Invest in 10 players rather than 5, invest in 20 players rather than 10. The reason for this is
because especially at the beginning of the game players pricing can be unpredictable and volatile.
Volatility is also an extreme factor into how people lose coins during FIFA.

How to diversify your FIFA portfolio?

- So, let’s say we have a portfolio of 10 players for our 50k rather than 5.
- We buy on average each player for 5k coins rather than 10, this also limits and reduces the
amount we lose on tax.
 - Say 3/ 10 players make a 2k loss and the other 7 players generate a 2k profit, we have still
made a profit of 8k whereas if 3/5 players or even 2/5 players make a loss we still lose out
on profit but also increase our risks

Portfolio diversification is a method of keeping risks low and can be used for all budgets but let
us dive deeper and see what players we should invest in; how should we invest in them and when
we should invest in them!

Ways to Invest
There are many ways into investing into players or how to invest them but what we must
consider is the day, time, real world performances ,hype and the games META.

Minimum Bid Price method.

This method is extremely lucrative and can be used for both short-term and long-term
investments.

How to get players on Minimum bid price method:

- Firstly, identify the player you would like to buy.
- Identify their lowest buy now.
- For this scenario’s sake we are going to use Mason Greenwood as an example.
- Mason Greenwood’s lowest buy now is at 5000 coins.
- The aim is to purchase him at less than 10% of his value so for 4500 coins.
- To do this there are two ways; bid 4500 on many of these cards till you get one or start the
bid from low and attempt to win the card for 4500 or less.
- Once this card is won you can then sell for the minimum buy price and gain 5% profit after
tax or you can then keep as a long-term investment.

Sniping at 10% less

Find Players to buy short-term/long-term, then try and snipe a player at 10% or less to gain fast
profits on players. This method is useful for saving coins and getting future investments even
cheaper or flipping players instantly.

How to do this:
- Identify player
 - Find their lowest buy now
- Then put their price down at 10% less
- Snipe away, sometimes you may be lucky and get one for less than 10% and make more
profit or they may have a good chemistry style enabled which would increase their value.

Chem Style Lowest BIN

This is an extremely lucrative short-term investment technique it is when you buy cards that
already have good chem styles for the player’s cheapest buy now.

How to do this:

- Identify a desirable player.

- Then change chem style filter to either shadow/ hunter
- Purchase the card when one becomes available for the players lowest buy now price.
- You will then be able to resell at a higher value.
- To find the new value, search the player + chem styles lowest buy now and sell it at that, this
is usually significantly higher.

Market Takeover

This is my favourite trading technique; I did this with Memphis Depay on FIFA 19 and I fixed his
price 1k higher than what I bought him at.

How I did this:

- Identify a player with not many cards on the transfer market but is somewhat useable and
cheap. i.e Joshua King.
- Now if Josh King is at 1k each buy at least 10/20 of him at that price.
- Then list some at 1.6k and the others at 1.4k
- If you list them all together you will get lazy buyers trying to get this card and also some
people may see the ones at 1.4k being the ‘cheap’ version of this card!
When to Invest?

Squad Battle Rewards

Sunday Night’s after the end of the weekend league and the squad battle rewards, this is when
you tend to see players drop in price, then you will see a quick increase in price for players on
Monday evenings in the hype and that is when you sell these players to generate profit.

Weekend League Rewards

My favourite time for investments is on Thursday mornings as it leads to meta players declining in
price and the best time to invest on players for people to buy on weekend league. This can either be
sold on a Friday night or Saturday morning for extra coins.

Pre-Marquee Matchup Hype

I tend to also use weekend league reward days to buy predicted players for marquee matchup
days. What this means is that every Thursday morning I will buy players that I think will feature in
marquee matchups at Thursday 6pm, to sell at Thursday 9pm for more profit.
This can be bought anytime or day before Thursday 6pm however, I tend to make more coins on
the same day.

Different Types of Investment’s – Who to Invest on?

High Rated SBC Players

When you see a good price for a high rated player at the start of the game buy them, their price
will only go up and will be useful for FIFA21 SBCs and ICON SBCs.
You can identify a good price when a high rated card is extremely low in price or has just started
to rise slowly.
When a card starts to rise slowly it is usually when other traders identify a good price and can
see that there is going to be high demand of the card soon!
TOTW DISCARD TRADING

In every game week try to pick up at least 2/3 discard Ifs. This is because they are great for SBC
and once are out of packs will have a very low supply to an always increasing demand.

Last year this method alone made me around about 300k, plus there is no risk by doing this
method at all.

Hype Trading

It is always important to sell and buy a player at the correct time. However, doing them both at
the start of a hype can be very good at generating coins quickly, by seeing a rise in card price you can
always see a rise in demand. By accessing futbin you can check how popular a card actually is.

Hype trading usually occurs when there is the following:

Special Cards
These will be in high demand but with limited supply, as the promo will run demand will
increase but so will supply! However, towards the end of the promo supply will soon run out as
demand increases so it is vital to purchase these players and as they hype rises so will the prices
after the promo ends.

Meta Cards
These are the same cards that are just so damn good and play well during WL. An example of
this can be Ben Yedder, so it is important to buy this card if prices start to rise (towards the
beginning) but as soon as the price starts to drop again then quickly sell.

Player Objectives
These cards will be used to complete player objectives .However, once the objective comes out
the prices will start to rise so if an objective comes out at 6pm make sure to buy the cards needed
within the first 5mins. So that you can sell on for significantly more a few hours later
OTW GAME DAY
Sell in the hype, always. Buy a one’s to watch after a bad gameday or after a gameweek, or after
a significant decline in price as long as the player is good. This is so that you can sell on in the hype
before the next game week.
An example of this is to buy Gareth Bales OTW after the game he played poorly in as his price
would then fall. But then you can sell him just before his next game as people will be anticipating
that he will do well, his price would have also increased and you have just sold in the hype.

Another form of OTW trading includes short flips , an example of this was buying florenzini OTW in
the morning of the game at 20k and an hour before the team sheet his price has started to rise due
to the hype, this is when I sold these cards!

Another huge trading opportunity right now with a lot of stability are inform trading for TOTW1
and TOTW2 as due to daily trends you can see their prices fluctuating at similar times every day. This
is mainly due to the lack of supply and high demand!
Players like ASM or even Theo Hernandez!
Pack Methods for League SBC’s

This Method is extremely useful in the latter part of the game during league SBC times as it gives
you the ability to grind for high rated players and also gain desirable cards for these sbc’s.

Bronze Pack Method

This is arguably the most famous pack method and it is also the cheapest at 400 coins, it has
been extremely effective in past FIFA’s however I do not recommend this method at the start of FIFA
21 due to the removal of Fitness cards.
Fitness cards were extremely common in past FIFA’s and used to sell on the transfer market at
1000 coins.

How to do this method:

- Open a pack at 400 coins.
- List everything at 200 coins unless they are in the top 5 leagues.
- Make sure to check the sell price of all players on the transfer market as you can have some
hidden gems!
- Repeat this process and you will slowly gain coins!
- Due to the removal of squad fitness you could still generate coins by packing players from
the top 5 leagues however you will see a dramatic decline in potential earnings!

Silver Pack Method

Similar to the bronze pack method however you pay significantly more but you have a higher
chance of getting better players for sale. This will be better to use on FIFA 21 due to the exclusion of
fitness cards and this method cost’s 2500 coins however I believe that it has the highest amount of
risk.

How to do this method:

- Open a pack at 2500 coins.
- List everything at 300 coins unless they are in the top 5 leagues.
- Quick sell useless consumables!
- Make sure to check the sell price of all players on the transfer market as you can have some
hidden gems!
- Repeat this process and you will slowly gain coins!
 - Just like the BPM due to the removal of squad fitness you could still generate coins by
packing players from the top 5 leagues however you will see a dramatic decline in potential
earnings!

Sniping Filters

Obviously Sniping filters need no introduction but what the plan is to put as many filters as
possible on this as and when I find them out for our regular trading guide update!

Low Budget Sniping Filters

Silver Snipe Top 5 leagues

- Select the desired league
- Find the lowest BIN
- Set the bin you are trying to snipe at 10% less than that and attempt to snipe, then instant
sell at lowest BIN

Specific Position, Rare gold – Premier League

I have used this for different range of budgets but as this is within the low budget sniping filters,
I will only talk about low rated rare gold snipes!

- Premier League RB (most options in the same price range) – currently at 1.2k
- Rare Gold
- Snipe for 1k so 200 coins less and you can get some amazing deals
- For different positions, adjust the positions and the highest buy now price!

Shadow Trading

This is by far my favourite and also most lucrative method however this method requires
learning and interpreting prices daily of what players sell for with shadow cards.
An example of this is that players such as Tuanzebe sell for 7k with a shadow and for 4k on basic,
now by picking up cards at their basic price less than 10k you can earn from 200 coins to 2k per
player. So it is important to know what players sell for with shadows and what players are in
demand, I recommend trading with top 5 leagues and players that are less than 10k in value.

One way in which you can utilise the transfer market and a filter is by using the following:
- Quality RARE GOLD
- Max bid 700
- Max buy now 9900

Now you must go to the 59th Minute and see if there are any deals available, these deals also require
you to know prices.

If you want to narrow this filter further then change the position and the league!

Medium Budget Sniping Filters

Special Coin Buyer Sniping methods

Find cards that coin buyers trade with and snipe them at less than 5% less than their value, as what
happens is sometimes those cards if they have Ifs are listed at that same price, the player that this
has happened for this FIFA for me has been IF Werner and IF Lewandowski, this lead to in 3 cards
approx. 180k profit

-Card type: Special

-Player: Lewan, Bruno, Werner!
-Max Buy now: 5% less than Lowest BIN

High Budget Sniping Filters

Icon Trading

Very similar to shadow trading in which you must learn the prices of players on the market, to
make that easier I have created an Icon trading template in which you can monitor and track prices
of icons to flip, the way this method works is knowing what a good price is. Once you know a good
price the following filter can be used:
- Card Quality: Icons
- Max bid 100k ( normally this allows you to navigate to the 59th minute without there being more
than 1 card past the hour mark, if this is not the case make sure that there is not more than 1 card
past the hour mark otherwise the following steps will not work)
- Using the compare price refresh method on the market you can back out and refresh the market
on the 59th Minute, this is effective as it allows you to pick up deals as and when they get released
ASAP!

Pre - Promo Prep

Firstly, I would invest into fodder during this promo as it will create more supply in the market
dropping there price and we are always 1 sbc away from making BANK!

Club stock is important so what I would do is look at any 84 Rated Ifs at 12k or less!
84/85/86/87/88 rated players! Last year we saw Busquets rise from 18k to 40k just from 1 SBC,
that’s all you need! Discard Ifs, sell in hype before content drop for safer returns!

Secondly, I want to talk to you about 2 key tools and what players I will look to pick up after
another market crash! (high/low budget)

Key Tools for FIFA trading

Futbin Tracker, it helps you take care of your fifa portfolio and also track your sales. You can use
this for ICON trading and also during a market crash!

 Below I have put an example of Theo Hernandez, it shows you his highs and lows of sell price per
sale made! However, if you look deeper you can see people are consistently flipping this card for
profit. This is not during a crash as well but you can see people are winning him at 101k bid and
selling at 110k minutes later making 3.5k EASY PROFIT.

How does this help during a market crash?

When a players price starts to level out after a crash and you can see the odd card rise in price
you can see that the market is now about to incline, same with decline as if you see a card beginning
to level out and the odd card being listed lower. These are your buy and sell times!

Another key tool is the futbin squad updater. This allows you to track your clubs value and
allows futbin to tell you what players are worth how much! It is a great tool for analysing your squad
and finding out the price of your common golds or silvers!

Investment Examples
Rulebreaker Andre

Crashing from 110k to 80k today, he has great links and a strong link to Renato!

You could see this card crash harder after SB rewards and after this promo but looks to be a great
pickup for around 50-60k. Make sure to pick him up on the rebound and try and flip him straight
away!

His card fluctuates everyday so is a very good short-term flip!

Marcus Rashford MBE IF

I can already smell this card having a GOAT rebound, he is so good ingame and can drop further
to around about 520k! He looks like he can reach the highs of a WL 600k+ With 5*skills 4*WF he is
so good and as he is central too can bet your top dollar that his demand will only rise!
Following up this update: since telling you all to invest this card has increased by 200k!

OTW ALEX TELLES

The best Lb in the premier league who has a gameday high of 140k, you can see why this card is
desirable at 110k in fact but imagine if this card reaches 90k, then imagine if he was to get an IF the
value of this card will be insane however we trade for the hype and this card will rebound on
gamedays when we see some hype! Make sure to sell him before squad selection as OLE does some
strange things.
