Greetings!

We hope you are doing well. We are writing this letter with much hope that you might
be able to help us. Our daughter, NOVIE GRACE CAOILI BASILIO, 2 years old and a
resident of Brgy. Belance, Dupax Del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya, has been admitted to the
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of De Vera Medical Center, Inc, Santiago City, Isabela since
October 10, 2020.

The Doctor’s diagnoses are COMPLEX FEBRILE CONVULSION and R/O CENTRAL
NERVOUS SYSTEM INFECTION and advised that they will have to keep her at the
hospital under observation for at least a week or over.

The issue is that at the moment, we are not financially stable and cannot afford the
hospital bill which is beyond our affordability. We are worried about the expenses we
would have to bear due to her health.

We are asking for your medical assistance about the matter and hoping for your kind
