PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING MEMBERSHIP OF IIESL

1. FOR STUDENT MEMBER

Students following NDT/HNDE/NDES/OUSL (Level 4) Diploma or any other

course accepted by the Council of Management may apply for the Student
Membership.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

A. Duly completed Application form (Should be proposed and seconded

by 2 Corporate Members of IIESL in the Section 6 of the Application.)
B. Copy of birth certificate
C. Copy of NIC
D. Copy of O/L Certificate
E. Copy of A/L certificate
F. Letter from the relevant Institution
G. Registration fee – Can be remitted to People’s Bank, Battaramulla
Branch A/C. No. 208100181101173 (Beneficiary code – REG-S)

Note
ALL B, C, D & E CERTIFICATES MUST BE CERTIFIED BY A CORPORATE MEMBER
WITH WORDINGS “ORIGINAL SEEN” & “TRUE COPY”

2. FOR ASSOCIATE

Applicants completed an Engineering Course accepted by Council of

Management may apply for the class of Associate.

A. Duly completed Application form (Should be proposed and seconded

by 2 Corporate Members of IIESL in the Section 6 of the Application.)
B. Copy of birth certificate
C. Copy of NIC
D. Copy of O/L Certificate
E. Copy of A/L Certificate
F. Copy of Certificate of Engineering course
G. Copies of In plant Training Certificates
H. Copies of Service Certificates
I. Registration fee – Can be remitted to People’s Bank, Battaramulla
Branch A/C. No. 208100181101173 (Beneficiary code – REG-A)

Note

3. FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBER

Applicants completed an Engineering Diploma Course

(NDT/HNDE/NDES/OUSL Diploma) accepted by Council of Management may
apply for the class of Associate Member.

4. FOR CORPORATE MEMBER

Associate Members with five years’ experience in profession or Engineering

Diploma (NDT/HNDE/NDES/OUSL Diploma) holders with seven years’
experience in profession may apply for Corporate Membership.

GUIDELINES FOR MEMBERSHIP, TO BE SUBMITTED WITH ABOVE DOCUMENTS.

No. 27/B, Udumulla Road, Battaramulla
From 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Weekdays and from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
on Saturdays or sent by registered post to the above address, with the
relevant Bank deposit slip of registration fee.

Industrial Training Authority)
