Major provisions & conditions of award of freeship card and availing of
Post-matric scholarship:

The applicant is entitled to receive Post-matric scholarship as sanctioned by District Welfare

Officer based on the state government notification number 4692/SSD dated 08.03.2018. Any

residual payment will require to be paid by the student.

Once the admission process is complete, applicant is required to make on- line scholarship

application by visiting https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in using unique ID created in Odisha State

Scholarship Portal. Payment of scholarship will be made upon sanctioning by the concerned

District Welfare Officer in OSSP.

The issuance of Freeship card only will not ensure payment of scholarship unless

scholarship application is made in OSSP and is sanctioned by concerned DWO.

The Freeship Card once issued is valid for entire duration of the course. In case of renewal

students there is no requirement of fresh freeship card for each year of course duration.

If at any stage it is found that applicant has obtained Freeship Card/ scholarship by providing false

information, his/ her Freeship Card/ scholarship will be cancelled forthwith and amount of

scholarship paid, if any, will be recovered. The applicant will be blacklisted and debarred for

scholarship in any scheme forever.

Undertaking by the student:

I Amar Naik Son/ Daughter/ Ward of Basanta Naik hereby undertake that I will reimburse the
course fee to the institution within 7 days of receipt of scholarship amount in my bank-account.
