Problems Root cause Solution

Check the fuse if burn out,

1.Equipment Not Switching On Input Main Supply and Fuse ,
replace new one.

Check the resistance value of

90+/- 5 Ohms.
2.”HEF” Heater fail Showing in the display IR lamp and Relay
Check Relay resistance and
contacts

Check the probe resistance 3 to 5

3.”Prb” probe fail Probe and 3 pin RMC wire k ohms. Check the continuity from
3 pin RMC to control board

Action: Check the probe if it is not good, change the probe or call Service Team

Trouble : Power Failure

Trouble : System fail light glowing on control panel with continuous alarm
Possible cause: There is no Input Mains supply (220V)
Action: Do not use the equipment in the system failure condition and call the Service
Action: Check whether the equipment is connected to the Main supply Team.
