COMMISSIONING OF NEW PAINT BOOTH Date: 1 July 2022 Time; 11:30 a.m Area: int Shop 1. Toattach safety signage on the necessary PPE to wear while working at this machine area. For example, DO NOT ENTER WHEN MACHINE IS ON OPERATION, Wears Safety Shoes, Respirator, Special Cloths and Gloves, etc. You may need to print out the standard signage and make it visible outside the Paint Booth area. 2. Print out at least two (2) copies of the chimney and operation manual - one copy to be kept at Maintenance Department, and one copy to be kept at Paint Shop. 3. Print out the Booth Layout and file it. Kindly ensure all employees at Paint Shop, especially those who are working at that particular machine, are well brief about the SOP of the machine. Keep and file the training / briefing record. 4, Itis advisable to display the SOP (in colour) for machine operation and highlight on the safety measure to be taken. This may include the daily, weekly and yearly maintenance schedule which to be done by the machine operator and Maintenance Department 5. Signage of “No Hand-phone" Is also good to have. 6.
