    It is agreed that :

    2. The seafarer shall be employed onboard under the following terms and conditions:

    2.1 Duration of Contract: xxxx (x) Plus One (1) months, commencing on 2022
    2.2 Consolidated monthly wages: SIX HUNDRED US Dollars ( 600 USD), [including basic wage, fixed overtime 110
    hours, leave pay 2,5 days per month, social security benefits (Medical Care, Pension Fund and Unemployment), owners’
    bonus]
    2.3 Hours of work: 40 per week. Rest hours on a daily basis shall not be less than eleven (11), unless operational or
    extraordinary circumastances dicate otherwise, but always seventy seven (77) hours in any period of seven (7) days).
    2.4 Point of hire and repatriation: JAKARTA INDONESIA

    3. The herein terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the relevant Law, which is deemed to be an integral part of
    this agreement.

    4. Any alterations or changes, in any part of this Contract shall be evaluated, verified, processed and applied in accordance
    with the relevant Law.

    5. Juristiction. Any dispute arising as to the interpretation, fulfilment or enforcement of this Agreement and/or as to the
    rights, remendies and obligations of the parties contracting hereto, shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the flag
    country’s Courts of justice.

    I, MAMAT FIDAYAT have read and understood this agreement by myself and all respects agree with all terms and
    conditions.
