1. The current "FITCISL" ITF Collective Bargaining Agreement as applicable shall be considered to be incorporated into and form part of this contract.
2. The Ship’s Articles shall be deemed for all purposes to include the terms of this Contract (including the ITF Collective Bargaining Agreement) and it shall
be the duty of the Employer to ensure that the Ship’s Articles reflect these terms. These terms shall take precedence over all other terms.
3. The ITF may vary the terms and conditions of the ITF Collective Bargaining Agreement from time to time. CBA as so varied shall form part of this Contract
with effect from the date of the Variation in place of current CBA and immediately preceding the Variation.
4. Health and social security benefits will be provided to you by the company as per applicable CBA.
5. The Company is liable to arrange embarkation/disembarkation from/to Patna / Patna
6. Loyalty Bonus will be suspended immediately on Non-Compliance with Company Policies/Notices/Circulars.
7. Expiry date is maximum possible contract duration which could be used as per owner's option for operational convenience.
8. The Terms & Conditions of this Employment are governed by National Law of the Country of Seafarer’s official residence and in case of any claims or
dispute the competent court shall be the Seafarers Country of official residence.
We are requesting Master to credit the following to your account in this month:
a. CCB to be paid USD 240.00 /-pm on pro-rata basis upon sucessfull COC USD 0.00
b. T/O Allowance (per month paid on pro-rata basis at the end of COE up to max 4 months after vsl T/O) USD 300.00
c. Excess Baggage claim for sign off USD 84.00
d. USA Visa Expenses USD 160.00
e. Joining / Repatriation Expenses (as a lumpsum amount) USD 75.00
f. Examination Bonus (1st installment) to be paid upon successful COC USD 500.00
