Greetings!
Ruum Creative and Ruum Media is a premiere retouching service and real
estate photography service that is based in Portland, Oregon. I founded the
company and have been shooting a lot of hotels, resorts and high end
architecture like Ritz Carlton, Marriot, etc.
It came to my attention that your company is after my current employees Villa
and Ken whom I believed were your employees many years ago. I am not
against with your right to sue however the lawsuit you filed will jeopardize
the good reviews of my company. I hired Villa and Ken after they severed their
employment in IMG Deck and to clear things up, I am not recruiting nor
engaging with your current employees to work for me. It is their right to seek
better employment. I do not have full control over your employees who seek
another company like mine. I only have the control in recruiting and engaging
those who have the skills and met the company’s minimum requirement.
In lieu with this, I am willing to have a peaceful talk with your company and to
come up a better resolution. Moreover, I would like to request if not ask to
stop harassing my employees who had severed their relationship with you
many months or years back.
