The current Manager of
the Cooperative is an
employee (job order) of
the Municipal Agriculture
Office. He is also in-charge
of the said Cooperative as
part of his regular function
in the Municipal Agriculture
office.

owned by the Municipal
Government of Magsaysay.
Accordingly, a usufruct
agreement will be
executed to allow
temporary use of the
property for the project.
