2. B.Sc Nursing entrance written examination will be held on Sunday, 5th December 2021, 11.00am to 2.00 pm.

3. Please report by 10.00 am at the above mentioned examination centre.

4. Please follow the instructions provided by the invigilators.

5. Bring your Photo ID as mentioned in brochure. In absence of Photo ID, you will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

6. Please bring one passport size photo of yours, with your roll number written at the back.

7. Do NOT bring books, mobile phones, electronic watches, pager or any other electronic device in the examination centre. There is no facility of
submitting them outside either.

8. Do not bring pen/pencil. Pen will be provided.

9. If found using unfair means, you will be debarred from the examination/selection. Legal action will also be initiated against you.

10. Read the instructions given in the question booklet carefully.

11. Write Centre Name, Roll No., Paper Code, etc legibly in the space provided in the OMR sheet. If any correction is required do not rub, scratch on
the OMR sheet. Inform the invigilator for help. In the Left side of OMR sheet- Please mention the Centre Name in the space provided for Name of
Centre.

12. All rough work to be done on the back of the booklet.

13. Do not write any thing on the Right side of OMR sheet.

14. Last Copy of the OMR Sheet shall be given to you for your Record.
