I. INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

1. The submission and review of papers for ICDEMM-2020 will be managed through an
online conference paper management system called EasyChair. This system gives
you, the author, complete control over your submission.
2. The submission process consists of three stages:
a. Abstract submission
b. Paper submission.
c. Revised paper submission.
3. All draft papers will be revised with the help of anonymous refereess. The authors of
accepted draft papers will be asked to submit a revised version prepared with template
for publishing.
4. Through this guide we provide information regarding the submission process during
the conferences, including:
a. EasyChair Account Registration
b. Abstract Submission
c. Payment Confirmation
d. Paper Submission

II. EASYCHAIR ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

1. Visit the website of ICDEMM 2022.

Click the register here button on the ICDEMM website (icdemm.id), and this will
redirect you to the ICDEMM 2022 EasyChair website or you can also click the link
below. Link for the submission page:
(https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=icdemm2022)

2. Create a new account

If you already have an easy chair account, you can directly log in with your previous
account. However, if you do not have the account, you can register a new account by
clicking the link below the login form.

3. Fill in your details.

a. Before you register the account please checklist “I’m not a robot”, and click
continue.

b. Fill in all information required on this step. Please ensure that you use the correct
email address.

c. You will receive an email from EasyChair. Click the link provided in the email
 ICDEMM 2022

d. Please fill the form with your personal data.

e. Your account has been created. If you find any problems while creating the account
do not hesitate to contact us.

III. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

In this tutorial, we will guide you to submit your abstract for this conference. The
following steps will explain details regarding the requirements to submit the abstract
through the EasyChair.

1. Visit the website of ICDEMM 2022.

Click the register here button on the ICDEMM website, and this will redirect you to
the ICDEMM 2022 EasyChair website or you can also click the link below

2. Log in to your EasyChair Account

3. Entry details of your paper.

a. Once you are logged in, click “make a new submission”.

b. Fill in all details regarding the paper that you want to submit.

c. Once you have filled out the form, do not forget to click the submit button.

d. Your abstract has been successfully submitted. And you are able to view your

submission through your EasyChair account.

IV. PAYMENT GUIDANCE

This guidance provides information regarding the payment of your paper.

The submission of the full paper can be done after the payment has been verified. Please
read all the following steps for further information.

1. Make your payment

a. Registration Fee
The table below depicts the registration fee according to the several categories of
participants.

b. Bank Account Information

Every author needs to pay the payment via bank transfer to the ICDEMM 2022
account below.

2. Confirmation

a. Log in to your EasyChair account and select your role as the author on the page.

b. Click on the view, this button will redirect you to the information page of your
submission

c. Click add file or update files

d. Upload your proof of payment

Once your payment has been verified, you can directly submit your full paper.

V. FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

In this tutorial, we will provide information to guide you through the submission
of your full paper.

1. Log in to EasyChair Site

Please log in with your account, and select your role as the author.

2. Click on the view,

Click on the view, and this button will redirect you to the information page of your
submission

3. Add or Update File

Click “add or update file on the top corner of the page

4. Submit Full Paper

Click on the “Choose File” under the full paper tab to upload the full paper.
Subsequently, click the “submit” button.

5. Other features
On the top-right corner, there are links has several functions, including:

a. Updating information about your submission: select “Update information” from

the right-hand menu of the Submission screen to change any of the title, abstract,
and keywords of your submission

b. Updating author information for your submission: select “Update authors” to

modify any information about the author(s) and click “save.” In the case of multiple
authors, you can add (“Add new author”) or remove authors (Click on “X”); then
update the order of the authors by selecting the “Reorder authors” button

c. Uploading files: the “Add file” link may be used to upload files

d. Uploading files: the “Add file” link may be used to upload files

6. Other Information

a. At the end of the submission procedure (a new submission or an update of an old

one), you will receive a confirmation email.

b. Once the review process is completed, you will receive an acceptance/rejection

notification with reviews by email.

VI. Revised Paper Submission

If your paper has been accepted, we request that you submit your revised paper
electronically. To upload your final paper, click on "Submission” and select “Add or
Update file” from the top-right corner menu of the Submission page. After selecting the
file that you wish to upload from your computer, submit your revised paper by selecting
the “Submit” button.
