This is a lucid book through which readers can easily inculcate habits that will help them excel in
life. First chapter of this book “ARISE, AWAKE AND KICKASS” explicitly talks about the habits
which could help one to be healthy physically and mentally . Getting up early and working on
desired goals and getting good sleep could be beneficial for all. Getting up at 5 early morning could
help one succeed in various aspects, decisions took early morning are better, there is plenty of
time to work on desired goals and be healthy. Sleep is also a contributing factor, a good sleep is
essential for the proper functioning of the mind and body. Author also expresses the importance
of such habits and how can one keep those habits sustain through pairing it with other habit. It
becomes easier to achieve desired goals if the emotion love is attached, the probability of
reaching the goal when the benefit is attached to the loved one is more.
