ProSound™ Suspended Ceiling rafts are high performing, sound absorbing ceiling
rafts ideal for acoustic room treatment. They are designed to reduce reverberation
and reflected sound within rooms with out taking up valuable wall space
ProSound™ Acoustic Ceiling Rafts are prefinished in acoustic fabric ready to install

Manufactured in the UK with a high content of recycled materials
Available in over 60 colour choices and a variety of shapes and designs to suit any

ProSound™ Acoustic Ceiling Rafts come in a standard thickness of 40mm (Class A)
A selection of standard sizes are available, however rafts can be made to order for any
size, shape and colour specification

INSTALLATION
TOOLS / ACCESSORIES REQUIRED 2m adjustable fixing kit with spiral
anchor supplied as standard
Suitable Fixings / screws for ceiling
Battery Combi Drill
Screw Driver
1. Insert spiral hook approx. 100mm in from each corner of

the ceiling raft They are inserted like a cork screw,
making sure the spiral does not pop out through the face
or side of the raft
2. Fix the suspension cable bullet to the ceiling using

appropriate fixings screw.
3. Screw in the suspension wire to the

bullet letting the cable hang down.
4. Connect the eyelet of the suspension wire to the

spiral spring.

5. Adjust the cable length using a spirit level by pulling the

excess cable through the eyelet.
6. Once you are happy with the height cut the excess wire
with cable cutters.

PLEASE NOTE
After completion of installation of Rafts remove surplus material, rubbish, and

debris to leave areas of installation in a neat and clean condition
Fabric swatch cards available upon request
Rafts MUST be checked for colour shading differences, flaws, defects or damage
prior to installation. Once installation has been commenced, the panels are
deemed to have arrived in perfect condition – any of the above reported after
installation will not be covered by your warranty
SPECIFICATIONS
All of our standard panel fabrics are ‘Class 1’ for the Surface Spread of Flame
in accordance with BS 476-7. ProSound™ Panel Core Board is rated ‘Class O’.
‘Class O’ covering fabrics are also available upon request
40mm Ceiling Rafts weigh approx. 4kg/m2
Cleaning- Light dirt marks can be removed by using proprietary spot

cleaner. A small area should be tested first before doing the full panel to
ensure that the fabric will not discolour from the cleaner
