All in all, as a group, we have agreed to conclude that nursing theories are
classified into segments based on their knowledge concepts, defining the
various scope of nursing practice such as associating its purpose, what nurses
are tasked to do, and the motives of the tasks. Nursing theories are
categorized depending on their served purpose. The discussed nursing theories
are crucial in understanding the valued importance of concepts that guide
nurses in justifying the system behind their practice.

nurse?

Nursing theory aids nurses in understanding their patients and their needs by
distinguishing nursing as a separate discipline from medicine and related
sciences. The theory provides various templates to assist nurses in
providing care that respects patients and improves outcomes. As a student
nurse it is a foundation in our knowledge that will further widen our idea on
nursing as profession
