STRENGTHS
 95% percent of filled position as to plantilla versus
unfilled positions
 40/120 of teacher- writers and teacher evaluators of
the current curriculum
 A number of teachers pursuing post-graduate
studies
 Location and Accessibility due to geographic location
 High promotion and completion rate
 Decreased drop-out rate to. 89% in SY 2020-2021
from 5.2% on SY 2019-2020
 Programs under ESIP are regularly reviewed and
monitored
 Strengthened advocacy on DepEd initiated programs
and projects
 School received awards at district and division level
in 2021
 100% compliance om MOOE liquidation
 100% of teaching and non-teaching personnel are
fully vaccinated
 60% of school facilities and infrastructure have been
improved as per the target of school within a year
 100% safe and potable water to drink in school
OPPORTUNITIES
 Full engagement of Local Government Units (LGUs)
 Tie up with other government agencies

WEAKNESSES
 A number of teachers handling non- major
subjects (mismatch)
 Decreased Percentage of gross & net enrolment
rate
 Results of LOA in some subjects are below the
school targets
 Presence of hazard areas on the school campus
due to construction
 Insufficient number of facilities such as C.R
 Insufficient sources of funds for 4 school
campuses
 Some buildings are in need of renovations and
repair
 Insufficient number of classrooms versus the
number enrolment population as per Cabral
formula
 Inadequate training for mental health for
students, teaching and non-teaching personnel
 A number of school-aged children are currently
not studying instead they are working
 90% of the learners from G7 to G10 are
considered non-numerates and beginners as the
result of Pre- Test
