 INTRODUCTION
• I am not only social but also friendly so I make
friends with people from all walks of life.

• However, here I would like to tell you about one
of the most interesting friends who is very
proficient at languages
• His name is Luan who is just 18 years old. He is a
good-looking man as he spends time playing
sports daily to get into shape, so he is very
confident when he talks with people from not
only Vietnam but also other nations.
• Luan is one of the best English speakers I have
ever met. He got 8.0 in the IELTS examination
some months ago after just 2-month revision

• I met him for the first time when I enrolled in an IELTS
class. My parents placed great importance on English
so I tried my best to cram for vocabulary and grammar
with the hope of having a good command of English.
• However, my English was still bad so I decided to
register for this class where I met him I really admire
him because he is good at not only English but also
Japanese.
• He told me that he had a knack for languages, so he
could learn a language in a short time. In the future, I
think that he can look for a job with a high salary to
earn a great deal to raise his family.

• I like him because of two main reasons.
• Firstly, he always puts himself in others' shoes
• For example, he understood my problems and gave me
some sound advice about how to enhance my English
skill effectively.
• On top of that/Apart from that, he also takes part in
some charitable campaigns to help poor people in
Vietnam. In other words, he is a warm-hearted person
I have to say that he acts as a good role model in my
life, so I will try to improve my English to talk like a
native speaker like him.
