AUTHORIZATION LETTER

I’m writing this authorization letter to authorize MS. LIEZEL GALLEGO to represent me in acquiring
the PSA Negative of my nephew, ZEAN NURUL GUBAT. She will be representing me in the course of
acquiring the PSA Negative in your good office. I therefore hereby grant her my full powers as the legal
representative of me concerning in my request.

Kindly consider this of my authorization letter to represent as the legal notice of the same. I attached my
