Well personally I think I am high self-discipline kind of person so I also

admire that quality in other people, though do find people that are career-
minded and motivated to be quite inspiring. Also I seem to be attracted to
people who have a good sense of humor.
2. I think that to be a great leader, a person needs to have expertise in his
field. When a problem arises, he can come up with a new approach to it.
Besides, he also needs good communication skills so that he can
effectively convey the common goal of a team and lead his team
members.  He also has to be a man of his word, and have a sense of
responsibility in order for his team members to rely on.
3. Of course, I was raised by my mother and father so I'm sure I would
inherit personality traits from them. In some ways I really take after my
mum as I have a strong sense of responsibility. But I also am similar to
my father who is very career-minded and motivated.
