Pollution
A very good morning to the Principal, teachers and fellow friends. Today I

stand before you to deliver my speech on “Pollution”.

Pollution harms the Earth’s Environment and all living things that live in it.

There are three types of pollution, which is land pollution, air pollution and water

pollution. Human activities like ___________（ 公 开 烧 pembakaran terbuka）,

____________（砍伐 pembalakan） and _______（发出 mengeluarkan） of toxic

gases（ 有 毒 气 体 bahan toksik） from factories are some of the

Land pollution happens when the Earth’s natural land surface is polluted by

industrial(工 业 的), commercial(商 业 的 perdagangan), ________（ 本 地 的

tempatan/domestik） and __________（农业的 pertanian） activities. Besides this,

deforestation and dumping of ________（ 化 学 kimia） and nuclear（ 原 子 ）

_______（废料 pembuangan）________（导致 menyebabkan） to land pollution.

Air pollution happens when the air _____________（被污染 dicemar） by

_________ （ 有 毒 的 beracun）gases that ________（ 危 害 membahayakan）

human lives. Some of the causes of air pollution are smoking, emission of gases from

factories, emission of carbon monoxide from vehicles, acid rain, paint fumes, aerosol

sprays and wildfires.

Water pollution happens when bodies of water are contaminated by chemical

as well as toxic waste, ________（杀虫药 racun serangga） and _________（油

water.

How do we stop pollution from happening further? Well, all of us must play an

__________（活跃的角色 peranan yang aktif） in 3R which is recycle, reduce and

reuse the things that we have. More importantly, we must also save energy and

the Environmental Club, you are discussing with your secretary activities that the
school can carry out on this special event. Complete your conversation below.
