Girish's company had great infrastructure, attractive packages yet it wasn’t moving forward. The employees of the organization were not working efficiently. When Rajesh diagnosed the problem with Mi; he found that the CEO of the company Girish Narag elected the employees on the basis of their previous designation in their respective old companies rather on their performances. Also due to the horrible work environment and tremendous work pressure Raj Malhotra one the employee fellsick, and nobody was aware about his absence. The HR of the company Preete Bansalis not cordial with the ‘employees of the company. She did not treat the new recruits properly. Addingto this the people at the third level of management were not being promoted to the Middle level, even after gaining good amount of experience. Girish also made changes in the nature of business three times at the personal front. All these problems were addressed by Rajesh to Girish. Title- Studying the reasons behind the downfallor stagnant growth of Manish International. Rajeshisa counsellor was appointed by the CEO of the companyto diagnose the problemas his company and understand why itis not moving forward. Rajesh found the following problems: - Raj Malhotra was suffering from hypertension due to excess workload and his colleague were not even aware about it. This shows two things, owning employees with work and absence of friendly atmosphere. - Preete Bansal the HR head was yelling at a recruit, te HR of any companyis expected tobe understandingand calm. - Band 3 workers were not posted to Band 2 despite of pitching in efforts for many years, Mr. Girish selected the best brains and then allocated particular jobs to them and fired the employees who were not ft, this doesn’t help in boosting moral of employees, - Girsh believed in Vastuand changed the nature of business thrice, he wasalso going through divorce in his personallife. This shows uncertainty. Objectives- © To improve the working in MI office, © To change the pattern of electing the personnel, * Toboost the morale of the employees.
