Projects/Seminars/Workshops I have supervised various projects at B.Ed, M.Ed, BBA and MBA level at different degree awarding institutions in Karachi. During my 14 years of teaching careers, I have also conducted various workshops and seminars for faculty development both in Pakistan and abroad including my major stay in the Gulf countries. These developmental programmes were for various English language courses and research projects varying in size and nature. Specific Career Goals After Ph D, I would like to complete post doctoral studies in U.S.A, U.K or Australia and establish a reputed R & D unit at the University of Karachi or HEC-funded educational organizations for the professional growth and development of research facilities in Pakistan. Shared discretionary power and authority will be the key component of this R & D unit incorporating international researches conducted in the field of education.
