the Rescuing Students at Risk of Failing in ODL in TLE/ TVL (ReSARFOT).
Parents play a vital role in the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of their
children.

To design an Intervention Program that will meet the needs of your child
academically and build a better partnership, please answer the following questions,
and return this survey to a teacher or parent representative.

Dear Sir:

Dropout, subject failure, and prevention are the priorities of the school to
eradicate the out-of-school youth in the community. The institution was mandated in
finding ways to address the said problem in the time of the pandemic.

In this regard, we would like to seek permission to conduct a survey to the


Selected Parents about the Strengthening Parent-Teacher Partnership through
ReSARFOT Program. This will be the basis in designing an Intervention Program for
Students At-risk of Dropping Out and Failing in TLE subjects and determine the
possible impact of the said program on the parents and students. Rest assured that
the data gathered will be kept confidential and be used for academic purposes only.
