LOAN AGREEMENT
PART A - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The borrower above agrees to avail a loan from JUNJEN TRADING in the amount of (Php: ____________________)

2. The payment is by issuance of Post-dated Check or ATM. Below is the schedule of payments;

3. The co-makers/guarantors below acknowledge to be a SOLIDARY DEBTOR/S (SOLO OR JOINTLY) in their

own and free will and know their responsibilities being such.
4. The loan is due and demandable as per schedule above and there is no need to send DEMAND LETTER for
payment from the CREDITOR / LENDER if the borrower is in default to pay his/her obligations.
5. If the borrower shall default in his/her obligation to repay the loan, a penalty charge of 10% per month
shall be applicable and said penalty charge shall be added on the outstanding balance of the loan.
6. The borrower and guarantors shall FULLY INDEMNIFY all costs (Legal & Administrative) incurred by
the Lender in the preparation, recovery and administration of the loan
7. Venue of litigation is at Caloocan City or Quezon City courts.
8. Scanned, photocopied, emailed or sent thru on-line contract with signature/s is considered as original.

PART B - DEFAULT

9. The borrower shall be deemed to have committed a default under this agreement if:
a. He/She fails to repay the loan within the specified period (schedule above) or
b. He/She provides false information in order to entitle himself/herself of loan proceeds.

PART C - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY THE BORROWER & GUARANTORS

10. We, the undersigned Borrower & guarantors hereby acknowledge that;
(i) We have carefully read and understood all the contents of this agreement and do hereby offer
ourselves to be legally bound by the terms and conditions thereof.
(ii) The proceeds of the loan as agreed has been received by the borrower.
