1. Entrepreneurs face relations with customers regarding “Right to be heard”,

Explain this ethical issue.

 Right to be heard means that any consumer who is unsatisfied with a product or

service has the right to file a complaint with the company or service provider.

Customers have the right to speak up, to be heard, and expect favorable

outcomes. Businesses and governments are expected to respond to consumers

under this right. For example, if you purchased an unpleasant product, someone

must listen to your complaints, and you have the right to have the problem

resolved.

2. Explain how business plan helps companies start, manage and grow their

businesses.

 A business plan can help you live a better life. It is important to have a plan, goals,

and destination while starting a business. A business plan assists your company by

guiding your corporation's outlined goals and how you intend to achieve them. It

has been proved to help your company expand 30 percent faster. The most

important part of the process is developing your plan and regularly updating it since

it will offer you a clearer picture of what you need to do to create milestones, track

your progress, reach your goal, and be successful. It can also reduce your risk by

uncovering your weak spot, weaknesses, gaps, and assumptions, which is

especially important if you're just starting a business because there's so much you

don't know about your customers, competitors, and even operations.

3. Choose one (1) business opportunities in the Philippines in Topic 5. Explain its

importance in the current new normal situation.

 For me, I’ll choose Online Business. We know that pandemic really affect our

economy and many consumer are having a hard time to go outside to buy stuff.

Online business this is where you can sell a product through social media, such as

Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and etc. This kind of business opportunity is very

flexible, because you can sell it anywhere, and anytime. This is very easy because

you can sell it by just staying at home

4. Who among the Entrepinoys in Topic 8, you admire and like most? Explain why?

 The enterpinoys that I admire is Socorro Ramos, she is the owner of National Book

Store. They called her as “Nanay Coring” by her family and long-time employees. I

admire her because even she started by working as a salesgirl at a bookstore, she

dreamed having a bookstore. She opend a business called National Book Store

with a capital of 200 pesos, and they sell books, school supplies, and etc. They

faced many challenges but they didn’t give up.

5. Based from our topics/lessons, which part you like best and why?

 I like the part of our lessons where it discussed the different business opportunity.

Knowing the best business opportunity for today’s new normal is important

because pandemic really affect us. Knowing the best business for you is important

because this is the only way for us to find a money even though we are just staying

at home.
