Description:
A two component clear sealer based on polyurethane for exterior wooden surfaces, zinc stearate free. It provides excellent sealing, sanding
and UV resistance properties.

Recommended Use:
Recommended to use for exterior and interior applications as a clear sealer on wooden surfaces such as doors, windows and furniture. Also
it can be applied on “Jazeera Wood Stain”.

Characteristics:
• Free of toxic and hazardous zinc stearate.
• Safe use and dust free sanding.
• Prevents water absorption and whitish.
• Fully transparent and sealing the porous wood.
• Resistance to UV and weather conditions.
• High sandability.
• Excellent adhesion and high durability.

Physical Constants:
• Finish: Matt.
• Colour: Clear.
• Volume Solid: 35 %. ASTM D2697.
• Viscosity: 60 KU @ 25°C ASTM D562.
• Specific Gravity: 1.0 @ 25°C ASTM D1475
• Sandability: 2 hours @ 25°C.
• VOC: 590 g/Ltr.
• Flash Point: Above 23°C.

Surface Preparation:
Remove all visible surface deposits such as grease, oils, dust, soils, salt and other contaminants. Make the surface smooth by sanding with
sand paper and clean it well prior to application.

Application Condition:
• Temperature during application should be more than (5°C).
• Surface temperature: at least (3°C) above dew point.
• Relative humidity: maximum 85%.

Painting System :
Primers:
• For natural wood appearance, apply Jazeera Wood Rak Sanding Sealer.
• For colored wood appearance, apply "Jazeera Wood Stain" before sealer.
Topcoats: Can be overcoated by all types of polyurethane and acrylic solvent based paints.

Drying Time and Recoating:

Drying times are generally related to air circulation, temperature, film thickness and number of coats, and will be affected correspondingly.

• Surface dry 30 min.
• Hard dry 2 hours
• Full cure 7 days
Note: All records given in the table are typical at: recommended film thickness, good ventilation and one coat system.
*The surface should be dry and clean prior to application. If the recoating interval is exceeded, the surface may need to be roughened

• Clean up: Use "Jazeera Thinner 507" for cleaning tools and in case of stains while application.

• Handling: Handle with care. Stir very well before use.

• Health and safety:Please read and follow the precautionary notices displayed on the container, and all caution statements on the MSDS
of this product.During application of paint, contact of liquid paint with eyes, skin, inhalation of paint mist and paint vapor should be strongly
avoided.For spray application systems; applicator should wear protective clothing, gloves, also eye, skin and respiratory protection are
always recommended Keep away from reach of children.

• Ventilation: When used in enclosed areas, thoroughair circulation must be used during and afterapplication until the coating is cured. In
addition, respirators must be used by all applicator.

• Caution: This product contains flammable solvents, keep away from sparks and open flame. For information on LEL and TLV, please read
the MSDS.

• Environmental safety: Please donate the leftover paint and packaging to your local authorized institution for usage or recycling purpose.

• Note: Wastes and empty containers should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations made under the Control of Pollution Act
and the Environmental Protection Act.
