Description:
"Jaz Coilex PE Primer" is best suited primer for coil coating application which is based on saturated polyester-melamine resin
having excellent anticorrosive properties.

Recommensed Use:
Recommended for use on chemically pre-treated aluminum & galvanized steel in combination with "Jaz Coilex PE Topcoat" system
for exterior use.

Surface Preparation:
• Pre Cleaning: Remove all visible surface deposits such as grease and oils and with suitable cleaning process.
• Treat the substrate with suitable chemical conversion coating.

Application Method And Thinning:

• THINNER: “Jazeera Thinner 600”
• Application Method: Roller
• Thinning Ratio: ~10% if needed

Application Details:
• Application Temp: 20 - 45 °C
• Application Viscosity: As supplied

Curing Conditions:
Required *PMT for Primer : 224°C to 232°C
Required *PMT for Topcoat : 232°C to 241°C
*PMT- Peak metal Temperature

Packing:
• Packing: Packed in: Drum 220 kg

Shelf Life & Storage:

Shelf life : 6 months @ 25 °C (77 °F).
Storage: The container should be kept in sealed, dry, cool, well ventilated place and stored in accordance with national regulations.

Handling & Safety:

• Cleanup: Use "Jazeera Thinner 600" for tools cleaning.

• Handling: Handle with care. Stir very well before use.

• Health and Safety: Please read and follow the precautionary notices displayed on the container, and all caution statements on the
MSDS of this product.
During application of paint, contact of liquid paint with eyes, skin, inhalation of paint mist and paint vapor should
be strongly avoided.
Use suitable protective gears during application and handling.
Keep away from reach of children.

Caution: This product contains flammable solvents, keep away from sparks and pen flame. For information on LEL and TLV, please
read the MSDS.
