DYRON MT is an interior matt wall finish based on blend of acrylic copolymers, which provides good performance and
good color retention properties.

Caution:
Do not use when humidity level exceeded 70 and the moisture content of the surface should not exceed to 8% which
may cause surface condensation, during rainy conditions or if temperatures are likely to fall below 10˚C.

One year in sealed & unopened container (cool and dry)

Storage :
The product must be stored in accordance with national Regulations. The product must be kept in a cool and Well
ventilated place.

Surface Preparation :

• New Surfaces:
All concrete, plaster, and masonry surfaces should be fully cured-minimum 28 days prior to commencing of paint
application. In general all surfaces must be dry and free from oil, grease, dirt, efflorescence, laitance, any loose and
flaking material. Prime with one coat of SEALON/EXSEALON/XPRESS PRIME/UNDERCOAT. Fill small cracks and
surface imperfection with interior/exterior wall filler, large cracks to be filled with acrylic sealant material. Spot prime
filled areas with Dyrup Sealon/Exsealon/Xpress Prime/Undercoat.

• Old Surfaces:
All surfaces should be sound, clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material, chalking, dirt, oil, grease, fungus,
moulds, moss, wax and polish. Apply one coat of Dyrup SEALON/EXSEALON/XPRESSPRIME/UNDERCOAT. Where necessary
fill small cracks and voids with relevant wall filler, large cracks may be filled with acrylic sealant. Surfaces of high porosity
(very chalky and powdery) should be primed with one coat of Dyro Stabilizer. Alkyd based and gloss painted surfaces
should be thoroughly washed and rubbed-down prior to painting and remove the sanding dust.

Coating System:
1- 1 coat of Sealon / Exsealon / Xpress Prime / Undercoat.
2- Fill small cracks with Dyrup Wall Filler Interior / Exterior
3- For large/big cracks to be filled with Acrylic Sealant.
4- 1 coat of Sealon / Exsealon / Xpress Prime / Undercoat on repaired areas
5- 1 – 2 coats of Dyron Matt

Method of Application:
By brush, roller, air spray, and airless spray. For details of spray equipments, contact our Technical Service Department.

Thinner:
Sweet water

Dilution :
Brush/roller: 0 - 5%, Air spray: 10 - 15%, Airless spray: 0 - 5%

Cleaning:
Clean all tools equipments immediately after use with fresh Water.

Health and Safety:

Use only in well ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation during application wear suitable respiratory equipment.
Do not breathe vapor/spray. In case of contact with eyes, rinse Immediately with plenty of sweet water and seek medical
advice.
