NGITA is a mobile application that offers job opportunities to its users.

The

Philippines is experiencing an increasing rate of unemployment especially in this time of

pandemic so, the developers of this app aims to help the citizens of Butuan City, which is

their hometown, to easily find jobs and at the same time, help those in need of workers.

The application will be ready for use once it is already downloaded from the App Store

without any purchase needed. It is available for android and iPhone users. Once the

application is installed, it will be ready for use.

After opening the application, the logo will appear. Just like any other application, the user

is required to log-in if they have an account already but if not, they are free to sign up and

make an account for the app via Facebook or google email. After that, the users need to
input the necessary information to create their own profile and for them to be fully verified,

requirements such as ID is needed.

After the verification, the user will be directed to the home section where the search bar is

displayed and a person, business, and job categories can be searched. There are two tabs in

the home section; Hire and Apply.

For the hire tab, employers can post their wanted jobs. They can post the position,

salary, and time needed. In that way, the users who are looking for part time jobs can

benefit from it. There are two types of post allowed in this tab. First is the job that offers

P100-P500 of salary per day and also the time interval of less than a month will be

indicated. Second is part of the premium account which users can find jobs that offers P500

above salary for a time interval of not less than a month. In this way, users who uses this

app with a premium account, which needs a purchase, can be prioritized for a higher

paying job and can block the adds that will be popping in this app.
 For the apply tab, the users who are looking for work can post their personal

information and skills that can also help the employers find the person they are looking for

a specific job.

This app also has the notification bar that notifies users for replied comments in

their posts and other information. The message bar is for messaging each other for proper

hiring conditions.
 The profiles section is for the user’s information. The user can put some description

about him/her such like his/her skills and achievements. The user can see his/her recent

activities. In the work records is where the all the work activities with ratings is recorded.

The user can see his/her balance and earnings. The user can also upload some photos in

his/her profile. In the account, the other settings and log-out button is located.

The premium section is where the user can purchase the premium mode of the

application. The premium mode can give the user access to premium works and block the

ads popping. The premium cost 200 pesos for 1 month only.
 One of the features of this application is the mode of payment of the user can be sent

through Gcash, PayPal, or cash on hand for easy and sure salary. The user can find another

job as long as he/she is ready.

One of the app’s goals is to help not just the citizens of Butuan City but also the

whole Philippines.
