Introduction:
Based on Division Memorandum No.127 s.2022 and DepEd Memo No.062
s.2022, the Brigada Eskwela program must focus on the implementation of
maintenance and repair activities, provision of needs during disaster and calamities,
addressing resource gaps for the reopening of face-to-face classes, strengthened
partnership engagements with partners and stakeholders, achievement of
significant goals which shall contribute to students’ participation rate, reduce
dropouts, and help improve learning.
In line with this, the proponents take this project as an opportunity to provide
awareness of the guidelines of a face-to-face ready classroom to our colleagues
and enhance their creativity as they take the challenge of preparing a classroom
good and is safe for learning.
Mechanics:
1. This competition is open to all JHS and SHS classroom teachers of Meycauayan
National High School for S.Y.2022-2023. Their classroom entry is the classroom
assigned to them (see School Memo No.72 s.2022).
2. The classroom assigned must exhibit the following:
a. Implemented maintenance and repair activities,
b. Provided awareness and needs that supports the basic health protocols as
prescribed in Division Memo No.127 s.2022 and DepEd Memo No.062 s.2022,
c. Provided awareness and needs during disaster and calamities,
d. An enhanced classroom that will support and contribute to students’ participation rate
and will help improve learning.
3. The competition will be judged by the School Principal, Assistant Principal, PTA
President, School Nurse and SDRRM Focal Person. The judging dates will be on August
22-24, 2022.
4. Criteria for Judging
5. The top 5 scorers will be declared the winners. They will be given certificates and
Php500 worth of supplies as prizes. The recognition of winners will be done on the
Brigada Eskwela Closing Program.
