1. I understand that IDP Education India Private Limited (hereinafter “IDP”) relies on information provided by me in
good faith to match the characteristics and published entry requirements of education institutions they represent. I also
understand that the final decision to accept my application will be made by the relevant education institution I apply to.

2. I confirm that information I have given in this application is genuine. I understand giving false or misleading information may
lead to termination of my admission offer.

3. I understand IDP collects my personal information to enable my request for obtaining information on study opportunities at
education institutions in Ireland.

4. I am aware that I must immediately advise IDP if I find that any information provided in this application is incorrect or
if there is any change in my circumstances that is relevant to my application or to my finances including my ability to

5. I declare that I have never breached the condition of any visa type at any time to enter Ireland or any other country.

6. I authorize IDP to contact any person, institution or organization named in my application or supporting documents
and authorize IDP and those persons, Institutions, and organizations to disclose any relevant information they may hold
about me for verification of my application and supporting documents.

7. I confirm that I have access to sufficient funds to support my education and living for the duration of my studies in
Ireland. I acknowledge that I may be required to provide additional documents to confirm my ability to meet all
necessary expenses as recommended on Embassy of Ireland.

8. I understand that on acceptance of the unconditional offer, I am obliged to comply with all terms, conditions and
policies of the institution, including without limitation, to:
a. Refund policy of tuition fee
b. Transfer from the institution granting offer and seat to another institute post arrival in Embassy
of Ireland

9. I also understand that while in Ireland, I am required to abide by all applicable laws and regulations including without
limitation working restrictions, academic performance, satisfactory attendance, and all other conditions of my student
visa

correction of any personal information that is incorrect or no longer accurate.

11. I understand that only I am responsible for the accuracy of my visa application and that I will submit all required
documents directly to Embassy of Ireland under the correct visa category. IDP in no way can be accountable for the
outcome of my visa application as the sole decision making body for visa application is Embassy of Ireland

12. I understand that IDP plays only a facilitative role in this entire process and the final decision to choose and apply in the
education institution/s is solely mine. I am solely responsible for conducting due diligence on the institution I wish to join. I shall
raise no claim of any nature against IDP, including but not limited to my eligibility, the course choice and suitability, its content,
structure, duration, fee, or any other charges (including any refund claim thereof, passing criteria, validity of certification, stability of
the education institution, standard of education etc. I shall be solely responsible for taking up for clarification any issue or grievance
that I may have with education institution, including without limitation, in relation to any of the aforesaid matters, my application,
admission etc., directly with the concerned educational institution and shall not hold IDP responsible for any issue whatsoever and
shall not make IDP a party in any such issue.
